TRBE is a pre-launch coffee brand. This policy explains what we collect when you join the waitlist, why we collect it, and how you stay in control of it.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your first name, email address, country, and your answers to the two optional product questions. We do not collect payment details, and we do not ask for any sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use your details to send you product updates, to invite you to the Founding Member release, and to understand which markets and product versions to prioritise. We never sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Where it is stored
Waitlist entries are stored securely with our hosting and database provider and are only accessible to the TRBE team. Emails are sent through our email provider solely to deliver the updates you signed up for.
Your choices
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to correct or permanently delete your details at any time by emailing Hello@trbecoffee.com, and we will action the request.
